1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opcio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Nature of Service: Personal Tracker Only

Opcio is a personal cash-secured-put tracker, not a broker, does not execute trades, not investment advice.

3. Substantial Risk of Options Trading

Trading options involves significant risk of capital loss and is not suitable for all investors. Selling cash-secured puts exposes you to assignment risk and market risk if the underlying stock depreciates. You are solely responsible for evaluating your risk tolerance and for all trading decisions executed through your third-party broker.

4. Permitted Personal Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use Opcio strictly for your personal, non-commercial trade-logging and portfolio organization.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Opcio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that market data, Greeks, earnings dates, or AI risk assessments will be accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Spanish and EU law, Benjamin Perraut and Opcio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or trading losses arising from the use or inability to use this tracking application.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
